Using yoga postures, breath and mindfulness we can learn to:- Release stress
- Increase strength and flexibility
- Develop balance
- Heighten mental clarity
- Improve one's overall connection to self
In Esther's teachings, as well as in her personal yoga practice, she supports each student to inwardly sense what is uniquely true for their bodies. In this special environment we can begin to explore and create health and harmony in body, mind and emotions.
In her classes each individual is encouraged to move at their own pace, to rest when they need to rest, to challenge when they need to challenge and to honor their body's wisdom.
